Refund Policy

Canada Citizenship Test is sold through our payment provider (Dodo Payments). Refunds and cancellations are processed according to this policy and the provider's terms.

Subscriptions (Premium Monthly)

• You may cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or billing portal.
• After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Lifetime access

Lifetime is a one-time purchase. Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used Premium features. Contact us to request a review.

How to request a refund

Email apparkllc@gmail.com with your purchase email and order details. We will respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
